This month, ELMETHERM completed a line of industrial ovens for integration into a customer’s resin/potting/bonding line.
The oven line consists of a preheating oven, a polymerisation oven and a cooling unit.
The ovens are continuous ovens with chain conveyors. Parts are transferred on trays.
An upstream stacker is responsible for piling the trays. The piles of trays are transported through each stage of the heat treatment process, from preheating the parts to polymerisation and cooling.
Finally, a unstacker transfers the trays one by one to the next stages of the manufacturing process.
Elmetherm supplies all the ovens, conveyors and tray handling solutions, as well as the automation (programming, sensors, electrical cabinets).
