In April, we welcomed a delegation from a key customer to take receipt of several installations at the Saint Auvent site.

The customer was able to take receipt of the installations, including several tray ovens for curing OBC and a carousel oven unit used for cooling OBC.

The parts are loaded and unloaded by robot onto trays sized according to the customer’s requirements. A rotary table upstream of the oven and a lifting table below the installation ensure that the trays are transferred into/ out of the oven. A cooling unit (with rotary table) is loaded with the parts to be cooled. Each level is closed by a door that opens to the side. The cooling unit contains a cooling fan and a cooling battery (with cold water fed) to cool down the parts within a temperature given. For more information on the carousel ovens, click here.

Once the acceptance has gone smoothly, the machines are packed in wooden boxes and transported by truck, and then by boat to Mexico. Have a good trip 🙂
